Nhow Lima

This is such a great hotel in Lima! In a perfect neighborhood close to a park with some great food options. The rooftop pool and rooftop bar (with food) are stunning. Lima is obviously mostly cloudy but it was still a great view. We had a really nice restful stay here after hiking around Cusco and Machu Picchu. It felt like a steal value-wise for how nice it was. This hotel is excellent. Very recommended. The location is optimal in a safe and nice area of Lima. The atmosphere of the hotel is so good and made special by attention to detail with the decoration. The really nice pool with a pool bar is also noteworthy. Their 5 star service makes you feel welcome like an Inka god. And the breakfast is truly outstanding with a large selection that even varies from day to day. Our stay here has been well worth it. Thank you for the good time.

Nothing to comment about it because it exceed my expectations

The hotel is new but not all services snd facilities are fully working yet. The way the staff handles criticism, the way the front office resolved-not-resolved the AC issue in the room.

Nice location The keys weren’t working to go up the elevators so we tried going up the stairs which also needed the keys. Isn’t that a fire hazard? The buffet was also not as great as they’ve advertised it & the pool was closed off due to an influencer event. Could have at least given us a discount for not being able to swim at a pool we paid for. On booking.com it also told me I could get a free upgrade which is why I booked this, but definitely not true as they tried to charge me more when I got there.

That I couldn't stay longer!

The breskfast was excellent. Included most of what you would want at breakfast. We even got fried yuka (favorite request n̈of my wife). The bar was great. Those gentlemen know how to mix drinks. Thebroom was well prepared. The billing was off. I paid morecthzn zi eas quoted. I tookna room upgrade, but zi don't think thatvthe 33% added to the account wjen I checked in was not taken off when I checked out. Had to run to getbto the ship. Had no time to argue.

It is very well designed. Very pop and funny but also quite elegant. Excellent staff, good breakfast and very comfortable rooms. Service at the rooftop bar is very average as well as its food selection. Also, what I really do not like is when they serve you Evian or San Pellegrino over charging you for water. I felt the rooftop didn’t match the vibe of a fun, casual and value for money.

Everything, there was nothing to not like, hence 2 additional nights was spent there .

NHOW LIMA EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS.I loved it there and I would definitely stay there again. everything was perfect. the staff was friendly and helpful. They are above and beyond. Communicated clearly and so well. They made my vacation in Lima Peru easy. They spoke English and understood it well. Exceptional breakfast, the pool view, breathtaking, the bars-drinks were soooo good , the workers were awesome, the gym- facilities perfect, everything 10/10. I felt at home at Nhow Lima. The hotel is located near lots of restaurants , cafes , atm is right across the street , a cinema is like 2 minutes away . There was nothing to not like. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT FOR ME

We had a suite at the 10the floor but there was too much noise from the street in the morning. The bedroom cover was very heavy. Should be lighter
