Confusing navigation (s/n address and locked gate to parking. Difficult for Uber driver

This place is convenient with many great amenities. The shuttle, on point, right there outside door 3. Friendly helpful staff, great beds. Temperature control, both hot and cold in the room. Hot shower, great breakfast, and long term luggage storage. This was helpful as I was flying Huaraz the next day, but only needed one of suitcases for this part of my trip, so they store it till my return stay 5 days later. Awesome!!!!! Great value for all the you receive. Tv didn’t work, but wifi was on point….

The room was huge, the bed comfortable, jacuzzi tub was good too. We had an issue of a strange loud running water noise in the room. We called the front desk, it took them a bit to figure out what was causing the noise but once they did they turned off the thing that was making the noise. There are two Wyndham Airport locations... Regular and Grand. This hotel is the regular and is located at the front of the old airport terminal. I thought I was booking the hotel located at the new terminal. There is major security fences around the hotel making it a bit difficult for Ubers or Taxis to find you for pick up and drop off, BUT it was a minor neucance and not anything the hotel could change.

Very clean and modern.

Breakfast and airport shuttle were great. Welcome drink and bar location were appreciated as well. Room was clean and comfortable for one night. Check in was very slow with only one person working the desk. Taxi did not know how to get into the hotel and ended up taking us to the airport and we too the shuttle back.

We didn't get to the hotel until 10:00 at night so I can't really say much about it. Check in was easy. They're watching a bag for me because we went to Cusco so I'm hoping there's no issue picking that up. The shuttle was good from the airport to the hotel. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel happened weeks before we arrived. I sent them a message on booking.com and they just wouldn't reply. I ended up writing them three or four times and they didn't answer the messages. Then I had to write their corporate office first and then I wrote the hotel itself and even still it took them 5 plus days to reply. Pretty sure it's going to work out in the end but communication is not their strong point

Clean comfortable room nice place to rest before a flight. Their staff was wonderful making me a to go breakfast and always smiling. Nothing. I don’t understand negative reviews about this property. My room was very clean and everyone was lovely.

They took 45min to check us in even though we had a reservation. They confirmed by several emails that they were going to give us connecting rooms because we were traveling with our 3 underage daughters and they gave us 1 room on the 3rd floor and another on the 7th floor. I called for a cart at check out and they never sent it.

It is not at the airport so time to drop Aeroporto from the name to avoid confusion where people think that they are staying at the airport ?

Very close to the airport… perfect for an early flight. Spacious room and impeccably clean. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but that’s on me as I booked last minute.

They were very accommodating for our early morning arrival. The shuttle service was very reliable.
