Location is good. Close to many attractions We requested for 2 beds but the room has only single bed. The room was not ready when we arrived. The room was on 3rd floor so need to carry luggage. There is no elevator.

Great location right next to Plaza Mayor. Safe to walk around alone at night. Warm and fresh breakfast was delivered to the room at right time. Friendly and helpful owner made my stay comfortable. WiFi did not work in the morning.

Location good as close to main Plaza. Held our bags for free whilst we did 5 day trek. Noisy nightclub next door. Shower either hot or cold. WiFi variable.

The property has very central location, this was great. During our stay there was a power shortage and there was no power to charge any devices, issues with hot water which of course not the issue from the hotel and we had a discount because of that.

good location but communication issue. i ahve asked to checkin early as i dont stay the whole day, it was confirmed but then when i arrive, she acted like thats was not discussed!

Central location just around the corner of Plaza Mayor Bad WiFi, rooms with no windows or a small window opening to a ventilation shaft. Found a waterbottle of a previous guest next to the bed. Stains in towel and sheet. I misread that they didn't serve breakfast.

Excellent and safe location. Room and bathroom were very clean. Some nighttime noise from the Plaza Mayor filtered into the room.

The owner helped us with everything, he organised a transport to the airport. We could check in early, around 9 am which was very helpful because we had more time to see the city.
