Great I didn’t like having 2 towel hangers when it slept up to 5 people. I didn’t like not being able to access other floors. I followed instructions to keep the towels hanging but they were folded and put away wet. We didn’t know whose towels were whose. Not nearly enough hangers. Washing our clothes was $117.00 USD!!!!

I stayed for a total of 3 nights. My experience was truly satisfying, with great attention to detail at every level. A special thanks to Miguel for his excellent service and the fresh fruits in the food service area, Brian for his warm greetings, Ruben and Esmeralda at the front desk for their professionalism and helpfulness, and Daniel for ensuring my room was always impeccably clean. Their dedication made my stay exceptional, and I look forward to returning in the future. Nothing was lacking in my stay.

Very clean hotel, nice breakfast, friendly staff. They have beautiful jacuzzi on rooftop. we liked the location. We could walk to some of them ( like inca market) and take uber to other ones) liked everything

Location, staff They never had what they show on the menus for most of the week! Ran out of Red Bull drink and never replaced. Ran out of steak on the menus h ch or days! Had to leave and find a restaurant.
