Location excellent. Gotta hire friendly staff. The only people with manners were the doormen they were helpful and kind. The front desk persons looked like they did not have manners. I called to ask for a wake up called and the receptionist was lost and replied to me with another question asking me what did I mean. I only wanted a wake up call and she said yes and I never got the wake up call. Calling to ask for information they were exceptionally impolite. I only stayed there because the location is excellent but I doubt I will recommend this place for families. Guests at night very noisy and the two nights I spent there always mean and women screaming like in a fight. Also make sure you book breakfast on time because is cheaper otherwise if you call and ask to have the breakfast there is a 50% increase in price. Reason Unknown.

The morning shift receptionist Andrea was not friendly looks like she didn't want to work at all

Great stay. The bed was comfy, and the receptionist was professional and in a great location in the lince area. Would repeat if I decide to go back to lince. The only downside is that you can hear the other people in the hotel. It's probably not the hotels fault that other guests are loud late at night. But I would suggest having that in mind. Maybe it was just my floor.

Poor breakfast

Easily one of the best affordable hotels in Lince. Helpfull staff, nice big room, good window view, new bathroom, good hot water pressure, comfy bed. 24h reception. Close to everything you might need.

I thought the breakfast buffet, was plentiful in variety. Will be staying there next time I'm in Peru My stay was too short

Accessible to many restaurants. This is the most filthy, mold filled hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff don't seem to care and when they say they will clean something, they don't, even after asking three times. Shower floor is covered with grime and fungus.
-
Location is decent. Moldy shower floor and curtains. Mold covered ceiling. Horrible cleaning regime. They said it was because they were fully booked, but the build up of grime was at least six months worth of grime. Had to put a towel in the shower to cover the dirt.
-
Location Extremely poor level of cleaning. Ive never been in such a dirty hotel. Completely unacceptable with mold and grime in many rooms. See pic of shower floor. All the black is dead foot skin.
-
Friendly staff and a spacious room. Very basic breakfast.
-
They allow people to smoke by the door which was quite annoying especially when someone is waiting at the hotel reception with kids and although regulations prohibited that they allowed guests to smoke by the door. They still said nothing. Just that they have to be consistence protecting all guests

Staff was friendly, location was central to many places. First of all, at the room we stayed in there’s a hole, covered by a wooden panel, from where emanated horrible odors (poop odors). Second there was no Internet access whatsoever. Third, not enough staff to go around.

Angelo’s customer service. He’s the champion trying to do the best to his customers. Deteriorated installation in bathroom. Too little space for parking. Customer service.

Great location somewhat going to the store for snacks and water felt safe. They offered a complete breakfast buffet with different options. Everything from fresh fruits to scramble eggs with sausage, bread, cheese, ham, cereal, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, juice, instant coffee and tea. unfortunately had several issues that significantly impacted my experience. First, the hot water shower was not working properly. We asked the staff to fix it while we were out for dinner, and although they assured us it was resolved when we returned, it wasn’t. The only way we could get any hot water was by leaving the sink running, which felt like a huge waste. Upon entering the room, we were hit by a strong, unpleasant odor, which I initially thought was from the sheets. The humidity in the room was uncomfortable, though I appreciated having a fan and air conditioning. However, the extra blanket in the closet had unsightly black ink stains, which was off-putting. Additionally, if you have plans after check-out, be aware that you’ll need to leave 10-15 minutes earlier than you might expect. The hotel staff took their time checking the room for missing items, which caused us to miss our scheduled ride and bus to Ica. Overall, given the price, I found this hotel to be unworthy of the cost. There are definitely better options available.
