Comfortable room and nice breakfast room.

Great and centrally location to stay in Lima. Reasonable price, good spacious rooms. Breakfast included. All was fine.

Centrally located affordable hotel close to various means of public transportation to reach almost all places tp visit in Lima avoiding traffic, shopping, restaurant, banks, money exchange places, & supermarkets. Room a bit small & furniture too close to walls,

Basically the location Time for cleaness

Coordinate better with housekeeping staff as to know which rooms will be checking out that morning so that they don’t come in in case we’re getting everything ready. It happened to me (I don’t blame them).

Location, the neighborhood is really quiet and safe, close to many ammenities within San Isidro. The air conditioning was just blowing air, the remote control had no effect on the operation of the AC. The shower doors had gaps through which water leaked, leaving a little pond on the floor and wetting the floor towel. Despite providing the billing information every night of my stay, and they promising that the invoice would be issued as requested, they issued it with mixed up data and not at the momento of check-out, so now I am depending on email to see if they can correct that issue.

Helpful and welcoming staff. Yummy breakfast. Room as pictured. Only a coverlet, no blanket on the bed. Had to make up for this by using the heating. Shower was hot, but only for maybe 7 minutes.

I enjoyed it staying in this hotel. It was good value, the location was OK, the room was big enough and the bed comfortable with a hot shower and good pressure, the staff was friendly. I will definitely stay here again!

Good location if you're in Lima for work. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was not very good. Limited options and the person serving seems to be rationing food. I asked him to serve a bit more on my plate and he seemed not to agree with that.

The lock on the door seemed easy to break. They were have a bolt, which was good because it didn't seem like the door fully closed. I think the door jam was just not aligned or something. The door did lock.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating- especially due to our late arrival and early departure. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was great. Breakfast was very tasty and great for me as I’m a vegetarian.

Was terrible every day eggs eggs eggs nothing else they said breakfast buffet when booked but the service they forced you to eat what they said and always short of breath coffee cold I do not recommend the restaurant expensive prices The ceiling is not concrete !!! Is fake and noisy and service wifi is garbage system always need to login couldn’t work
