Excellent property in a safe and convenient location in Miraflores. Five minute walk to Kennedy Park. Upgraded high floor room was wonderful…very quiet! Staff, particularly Karen and the door men, were awesome! Nothing.

I like the breakfast with multiple choices and staff members where very friendly and ready to help. I also invite friends to the bar and hang out with them without having to go to a different place. The towels need an update. Towels are clean but little bit outdated.

Rooms aren't soundproof. Hot water wasn't functioning on my last day of stay. The elevator needs to be reprogrammed. It took me for a "tour" for different floors up and down a few times.
