The locstion is not bad, but miraflores is a better place for tourists. The bathroom towels can be better.

Cleanliness. Location. Price. Gym was well equipped but small with no windows and not so good cooling. Also the music that was piped in was very loud. Second, though the breakfast selection was wide, there were very very limited choices for vegetarians in the hot entrees section.

The staff and the restaurant were great, they were kind and helpfull. The location was good, because have a supermarket and a lot of restaurants. Well the TV doesnt have HD Channels, the wifi was hard to login, and there wasn't coffe machine in the room that was a shock for me. Normally I tried coffe many times at they and in the night o early morning, there wasn't a clear option for getting coffee, for me was very uncomfortable. The gym was poorly, just 1 running machine, come on!

New hotel, modern facilities. Good service overall. Good restaurant. Excellent breakfast buffet selection. Nothing important. The Location in case of tourist interests is not the best, but the hotel is in a centric location to go city center or Miraflores as it is near 2 important big avenues. So it worth it.

The location of the hotel is great! The "Egg Buffet" could be improved. Definitely!

The hotel was as advertised. It was clean, the shower had hot water and pressure,the bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood felt safe to walk alone at night as a female traveler. Also it's within walking distance of a mall and convenient store. The bathroom did not have body soap or wash cloth, and the sink faucet kept spilling water every time you used it. Also, if you are booking tours, some will not pick up in that area most pick up areas are in Miraflores.

Patty at the front desk did everything she could to charge us more than necessary! She was quite hostile, withheld information and was clearly unhappy to be working at costumer service. She was the only downside of our stay!

Close to the office I was visiting, a number of simple restaurants close by. No water in the room

The hotel has nice decor. The room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was really good, the menu changes daily.
