The hotel is very nice — clean, spacious, comfortable — with a decent number of restaurants within walking distance. The park at the end of the block, Bosque El Olivar, was my favorite spot to hang out…so tranquil. I would absolutely stay here again. No complaints

Previous reviews match what we found needs to be improved in this hotel. I am sure that if the hotel administrators followed clients' advice, the hotel would receive better ratings. This is what we found can be improved: 1. Towel size and towel number. The hotel supplies guests with two small bath towels (not large enough to cover a tall and large person) and only one hand towel. When we asked for an additional hand towel, we were told that we could only have one. 2. Toilet paper. The hotel only supplies one roll of toilet paper a day. We had to ask for an additional roll. 3. No hairdryer. 4. Closet needs more shelves and/drawers. There are only two small shelves in the closet and a lot of open shelves in the room. I personally prefer to store my clothing in an enclosed space to keep room neat and calm. 4. Breakfast. Poor assortment. In a country that has an incredible assortment of fruit, they only have watermelon and apples. Only one choice of yogurt (sugared strawberry flavor) and one kind of cereal. These are all easy fixes that would not break the hotel's budget but would make guests' stay substantially more pleasant.

Price for money and location Everything was ok
-
Super comfortable bed, nice shower. Good WiFi, service helpful, Everything I needed! Only the ac was a little noisy.

The air conditioner is to noise. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly

The size of the room and bed, the air conditioning being available Staff promised a cot which was not ready and then woke baby and I up only to take an hour to install the cot in the bed with 3 staff members. Also I was questioned for some legal documents about my child by the receptionist, it wasn’t his place to question me or for challenging me for something that I already discussed with migrations and had nothing to do with the hotel.

I paid $66 a night room only via Booking which makes this hotel excellent value for money. Not luxurious but good. Located next to the Olivar Wood (ideal for strolling safely), it is located on a quiet street close to many good restaurants and facilities. Breakfast @$13 is fine but I went out for other meals and enjoyed the neighbourhood. Staff attentive and polite. Watch out for small print on Booking about local taxes in addition to quoted price. It’s there but you might miss it.
