Great location. Tours pick up at this location. Breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Front desk personnel were exceptional. Nothing.

The ACs arent that strong or perhaps the windows aren't sealed well. My AC wouldnt go low enough during the day to cool the room.

The staff were helpful and friendly; there was a lovely breakfast and the room was clean as were the public spaces. The fans on the roof reverberate through the walls, especially on the top floor near them...they need to beef up the insulation between them and the rooms. A bigger lobby would be good to sit in, read and maybe meet people.. perhaps they could open it out into the function rooms especially if they're not used often.
