Horrible. They cancelled my room as I was boarding my flight to Lima.

Was surprised by check-out requirement that room must be first checked by staff. Slightly inconvenient in our case, leaving to airport 4:45 am.

Fantastic Female Manager! ...very sharp, superb at her job. Her front desk staff (the ones I spoke with), not very knowledgeable nor competent. Perhaps they could use more education and/or training.Excellent cleaning staff. Loved the location close to coffee, bakeries, restaurants and shopping.The most comfortable bed and pillows I've encountered in years! The wifi was unstable. It constantly cut out. Too, I'd experienced this elsewhere in Peru.

A few of front desk staff did not speak any English BUT the Mgr was always available to help & he was GREAT!! He went out of his way to answer my questions & meet my needs.

Location and staff are very nice. We saw the breakfast is included in the booking.con and it is free. But when we checked in and double check with receptionist it is not free and need to book. The hair dryer is the restroom is not good and sometimes stop and restart.

Decent hotel in quite good location. Nothing fancy though- the room looked rather old, but was clean. There was hot water all the time without any problems. We got checked in before the planned time what was very kind. The room's interior looked old and by the pictures of common area I was expecting the hotel to be modern.

De bedroom is very big and comfortable. The room is big enough e had all we needed. The shower could be better and the bathroom should have a glass box

My room was next to a tennis court with a lot of noise and bright spot lights from early morning (5:30 am) to late night (10 pm)
