The personal was very polite and friendly. The assistance was really good, the breakfast can be in the room which is great for work. The noise due the location that has a lot of casinos close, I could not rest very well during nights.

Very nice staff Good location I didn't like the breakfast, because there was no vegan option. My husband and I were out everyday so we could have our vegan breakfast somewhere else. It was a total lack of respect that the hotel didn't offer an option such as plant-based milk to start with. Our bedroom was never ready on time, we could leave the hotel for 2 or 3 hours and still the bedroom had not been cleaned when we were back , so we had to wait in the lobby. The curtain didn't work properly, and the down pillows were disgusting, we would rather have an alternative, a fill material that doesn't come from animals.

It's very well located. Plaza Vea across the street. Centro Comercial Risso has everything you need. Lots of places to eat. Lince is a fine area of Lima to be in. Hotel is a bit dated. I'd say it needs a bit of a refresh soon (i.e their bathroom fixtures, door hardware). It's amazing what a nice coat of paint can do.
