The location of the hotel was close to the places I wanted to visit while also having convenient transportation options to the airport. The staff were helpful during our stay and were answering our questions through text before and after our stay. The room actually did not look quite like the ones shown in the pictures as it was smaller and we could not fully open the windows and curtains. The breakfast lacked vegetarian options as they had meat in all the protein options even in eggs.

Toilet did not flush... Maybe 20% of the time. No consistent hot water for showers.

Bathroom was locked upon arrival , someone had to come in and open the bathroom. The bathroom is old but clean

The staffs were very respectful and efficient, and addressed the issue very quickly. Quality price ratio was okay if it’s for a short day. We changed the room on the 10th floor for hygiene issue for a new one on the 5th floor. The building is a little bit old.

Breakfast was good, different fruits/breads/beverages/rices/eggs/cheese/jam; from the 8th floor the sight is very nice. The hot shower was really nice, good pressure. They have a good options for dinner, I had chicken on sticks, very tasty. The refrigerator in the room could not be turned off and was very noisy at night.

Location was excelent, Staff was very helpful and breakfast options were great. Bed was confortable wifi was available all around. Staff was able to accomdate early checkin at extra cost

Nice but garage was not on side and I was annoying to get the car out each time. Also; the staff was always distracted and not there due to personal things they were doing. Staff, they were doing personal things and making people wait for over 15 minutes

The location and the price of the hotel are good. It is a bit old looking. Some cracks and not good maintenance over the years.
