Las dos chicas que atienden la recepción en el turno de la mañana fueron muy amables en todo momento. Al llegar al hostel había una fila hasta afuera del hostel y no podía ingresar con mi maleta porque había mucha gente y ni siquiera no se movían para que yo pueda pasar con mis maletas y resulta que hay un restaurante al lado de la recepción del hostel y ni siquiera no hay espacio para los huéspedes eso es algo que me me causó molestia e incomodidad porque dl espacio en recepción es muy pequeño para los huéspedes y el restaurante no pertenece al hostel y ahí se mezclan personas de afuera con huéspedes me parece bastante incómodo e inconveniente.

I liked all the activities the hostel offered to me and the staff was so kind every moment . I like this place cuz you can enjoy many things in Miraflores since the hostel is well located . Also the rooms are very comfy and you have the possibility to choose rooms near the balcony which are my favorites . I recommend The Point Hostels for sure

Great hostel with new facilities and very clean

I will stay again because the location and room was nice with 2 private toilet inside. The room door is using the pin but seems like everyone know what's the number. I sleep in front of the door, I do saw a lot of times many people in and out but not staying the same room with me which may not very secure.

I had a great experience at The Point. Everything was excellent during my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, tha atmosphere was fun and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable. Its perfect place to meet other travelers and enjoy Lima. I would definitely come back.

Perfect location, everything you may need you can find just around the corner. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Food at their own restaurant is delicious. Great value for money and easy access to/from the airport via Costa Verde.

Rooms clean Not a party/social hostel. Bar was empty every night for the week I was there. Rooms small and cramped, especially the toilet.

My experience at the reception was very poor. A lady was a bit rude and questioned me about what I wanted without even a simple “meet and greet.” After a few minutes, she seemed more interested in chatting with another staff member than checking me in. I had to ask for it! My booking did not include breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. However, I did pay for breakfast at the restaurant located at the entrance of the building, and it was great. The Staff were nice and very attentive. The first room I was given was in very poor condition: a broken window, a scratched mirror, and even a spider in the bathroom. I requested a room change, and thankfully they did move me to another one. What I truly enjoyed was the staff at the bar ***** — they were very nice, welcoming, and entertaining. Honestly, for the price I paid, I could have easily stayed at another B&B or hostel with better customer service, a room with a view, and more amenities included. I am very disappointed, especially because I personally chose this place based on my positive past experiences in Cusco and Máncora. The check in The room

Location in the busy part of Miraflores, at a walking distance from the malecón. It has a restaurant and daily activities for the guests. One of the rooms we were given (the queen one) was facing the inner stairs and the lighting was very poor, and it was very humid. For the shared room, even if booked entirely for us, we had to pay for the towels. Keep in mind it's a party hostel, so it might be noisy until late hours.

It's a great place, very comfortable and near everything..the staff are very kind and helpful.. specially Faby and Danny were amazing they were always very nice and helped me a lot during my stay.. ..??

Location but still be careful. A lot of scams in the area. Can't bring your beer in, no kitchen. High rates with no breakfast. Told me I was too old to stay there whereas no other hostel ever said that.
