Big room and location Old facilities, some staff do not understand English, and one receptionist said the taxi to the airport costs 80 soles, while another said 100 soles the next day. It looks like some of them are trying to mislead tourists.

Quite honestly, just the bed comfortableness. Suite was big but super outdated, AC didn’t work, unpleasant staff, crap breakfast, windows dirty as hell, no tea, no waters, no nothing inside for paying for a suite, and the water had no hot water.

Great breakfast Room had no tilet paper, had to go ask 3 times, the last time the front desk tried to give it directly to me. I told him to send it up, he said he was understaffed.

Great location, spacious room that was more like an apartment. Quiet, blackout curtains, was never bothered by noise from the street or other rooms. AC worked well, good water temp and pressure in the shower, comfy bed, outlets close to the bed and desk to charge my stuff, and great staff/service. Yes, the decor could be more modern as other reviews say, but that's not really something I care about (I also did not experience any moldy smell or anything like that). It's comfy, quiet, everything worked well and the location is great, all this for a pretty cheap rate! I will return here if I am ever back in Lima! Only complaint is the outlet in the bathroom only works for razors (safety reasons I guess), so I had to awkwardly dry and straighten my hair in the kitchen... Thankfully there is a mirror there so I made it work.
