Breakfast, fruit flies flying around the fruit. No privacy at all, you can hear all the noises coming from the toilet over the next room. Cherry on top, with all that farting hearing the expression “ay Que Rico!

Very friendly. Breakfast was very basic. It needs to improve the service for the money that you paid.

Very good

I liked the breakfast which was really tasty and rich, maybe the best part of the hotel. There was also freshly squeezed orange juice, which I appreciated a lot Room was quite good. Housekeeping was ok. Staff was also ok. The fact that the room I got didn't match with the picture on booking.com. My room was way smaller than pictured on booking.com. The worst part was the extreme heat in the breakfast room.(No AC) I was for me impossible not to sweat during breakfast. Another negative point was that there was no wifi in the breakfast room. I had to use my private data, while breakfast. Hotel was partly understaffed. The receptionist had to partly manage the breakfast etc.

This was a very easy stay. Good value and location, close to a variety of restaurants, 6 min walk to Airport express bus stop #4, I needed to use a laundromat before leaving and there is a great one near by. Breakfast varied each day, and always sufficient and fresh. Hotel was clean and Alberto and his team were kind, and helpful. I'd stay here again. The bed for me was harder than I prefer, but this was a minor issue as it was a very comfortable and good sized room.

Good location 10-15min walk to Kennedy Park and the Beach. Friendly staff, Nice Room, Good Value WIFI has very poor connection. My room was next to the restaurant, not far from the lobby and i didn't get a connection. I had DATA so i wasn't a huge issue, but if you relay on WIFI, the rooms first for connectivity.

all the usual, comfy, good tv, good bathroom with hot water. however the best bit of this was the windows had some of the best soundproofing I’ve ever heard (or not heard). opened the windows and it was so loud in the morning and then I closed them and was like woah. they have aircon in the rooms too so don’t need to open them although we were there in cool season anyway. staff very friendly but we missed breakfast every day lol but it’s in a great location surrounded by cafes etc. nothing

A CCTV recording confirmed that the cleaner opened the safety deposit box in my room and stole US$ 2,206 in cash from my wallet, and reported it to the police. At that time, the hotel did not manage the safe deposit box mater key at all. Nevertheless, the hotel did not take responsibility for master key management, and was unable to find out the whereabouts of the cleaners. I asked to be informed of the progress of the accident handling due to my busy schedule, and left, but they still haven't contacted me. If an employee steals customer money with a master key, how can customers use the hotel? I chose this hotel thinking that it would be safe, but it did not protect the property of the guests. Now who can leave their wallet in a hotel room safe?

Comfortable beds and friendly staff. The breakfast is tasty but limited. Very quiet rooms to relax. The location is very close to many restaurants and the Kennedy Park and supermarkets. A check in at 4am in the morning was possible. The bathroom scented musty. Returned in the evening and the Hotel Door was locked, oops.

The location was good, and the bed was very comfortable and big. In the room that we book it was written garden view and minibar in the room. We got a room with the windows facing the street (which was quite noisy) and there was not minibar available at all.
