La comida excelente, la ubicación súper céntrico de todo tiendas, restaurantes cafeterías incluso de una plaza comercial y de hermosos parques, habitaciones súper cómodos y el personal muy amable y siempre atentos Todo estuvo excelente

The furniture is old, and the rooms are not well soundproofed.

The staff was great, rooms were big, clean andvery comfy. Great location for retsaurants and bars around a touristic area. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Lima!

We had a great stay. Everything was very clean, the staff were amazing and very helpful. I was impressed by the quality of the food at the restaurants. There is also a lot to see/do within walking distance The WiFi is a bit slow and inconsistent

I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree in Miraflores, Lima, Peru. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options every day, and the waitstaff was always attentive and friendly, making sure guests had everything they needed. The hotel's Italian restaurant was excellent. The pasta dishes and pizzas were absolutely delicious and among the best meals I enjoyed during my stay. The doormen were very kind and helpful. They always provided useful recommendations about places to visit in the city and were attentive in letting me know when my taxis arrived. I would also like to recognize Carlos, one of the hotel's drivers. Not only did he transport us safely to our destinations, but he also shared interesting information about Lima, Peruvian culture, and local attractions along the way. His careful driving and friendly attitude made every trip enjoyable. The rooms were always clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, the excellent service, cleanliness, and hospitality made my stay truly memorable, and I would gladly stay here again.

Perfectly clean. Good room size. Renovated. Location was very practical. Staff was overall nice. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so my towels were always wet. One would expect ventilation in such a humid city. Wifi was unstable and I had to pay for a better wifi - something I rarely see. Room service - which was good - charged 8 soles for a "delivery fee" which I thought was weird. Phone did not work to call outside the hotel. At some point I was trying to call a hospital, I was unable, and reception told me I should just go there instead of trying to call. Sound isolation wasn't great, I could hear the honks outside a bit too well. Recurrent elevator issues where they didn't show up unless I clicked the UP button to go down, meaning I had to go up a few times. Laundry services were astronomically expensive. Breakfast was way too expensive for what it offered. The food was good but I only went once due to the price.

Pool , restaurant (breakfast) and location. The bathroom ceiling was visibly deteriorating and the WiFi in my room on the 11 floor was horrible.i also think the Business Center was poorly maintained.
