The receptionist Aileen was excellent working alone with a long line up she have the time to be polite and remember me from previous visits. Great service ,good location, wonderful shower , good restaurant on site

Well located, modern. Next time you have a fire drill please inform the guests. Beds to my taste are a bit stiff (but this personal like)

The room was small but clean and comfortable, making it a good choice for an overnight stay. The area also has plenty of restaurants within easy reach. The guy from the reception came across as a little rushed and impatient. It kinda feels off especially after coming from a long journey. It’s the only thing we didn’t like.

The front desk staff is sxcellent! And a massage therapist in the hotel. I stayed twice, 4 nights the first time and returned 10 days later for 2 more nights. Nothing!

The hotel was in a great location in Miraflores. The manager Victor and all his staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms, although small, were clean and comfortable and perfect for a couple of nights stay in Lima. Great breakfast was included. I think the water machine to be able to fill up your own reusable bottles could be located in a more central area than the first floor of the parking garage. It wasn't a problem to go down there to fill my bottle though.
