The atmosphere and the staff were all amazing. Wonderful place to stay in Miraflores.

Really liked the location, less central meant easier to walk around. I appreciated the top down scrub down every day by the cleaning staff. Certainly very affordable. The bunk rooms are hot, humid, and smell of sweat. The wifi was dropping on me every 5-10 minutes, which made keeping up with my clients (I'm a writer) and Zoom calls with my publishers impossible.

Nothing Staff was extremely rude and aggressive. No hot water or water pressure. Overcharged by 30% of Booking fee. When ai asked about it the manager told me it was Booking and then they bring outt this extremely aggressive trained guard dog who growls. The dog attacked me twice. I left a day early

I asked for a towel and they did give me one for my stay Big lockers available for your stuff Staff helpful The breakfast included in my reservation wasn't quite what I expected, a bit of bread, jam and peanut butter with a coffee The dorm/bed wasn't really comfy (10 people in mine)

The building is split to two, 8f dobt get main one you need to walk to the other, inconvenient.

Cozy relaxed social vibe with kind and helpful staff. In the middle of Miraflores. The 10 bed dorms, located in another building across the street, are quite light and loud in the night since it’s open windows next to the streets. No curtains as well. All the rooms and dorms in the main building are great for peaceful sleep

Perfect location, minutes from everywhere, airport shuttle comes right to the hostel.

Clean, great location, good amenities and common areas, cute cat and dog, organic food for the breakfast. The staff was a bit rude sometimes and they try to overcharge you for everything… for example, the breakfast only includes bread with jams & coffee, if you want eggs or yogurt/fruits you’ll have to pay extra fees.

Very nice hostel. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and toilets. Very helpful staff.

Great location and great design for the main building. I have to say that this hostel is one of the greatest disappointments of my life and one of the worst treatments I've ever received. Apparently the hostel itself is divided to two locations. I was taken to the additional one which is very simple and honesty quite depressing. For my entire time in the hostel, the was a leak from one the kitchen's taps, until the water stopped working for the whole building. There's no reception in the building, so for everything you need to go to exit to the street and go to the main building. It also makes you miss out people who stay there (this was not part of the description in Booking.com). The breakfast that is included is no more than two slices of bread, orange juice and a coffee, which were very unfilling. There's no buffet a something, you have to sign on a paper what you want and give it to the receptionist, that then deliver it to the cook. For any additional food, you'll need to pay extra. Furthermore, there's barley any space in the common area and you need to wait for others to finish just to have a seat. However, the worst part was when I checked out, I wanted to put my baggage in the storage. They weirdly made me sign a paper that I'll come and pick it until 9 pm. The storage room itself is very narrow and small, which makes it very dangerous to traverse. When I indeed made it before time, I thought it might be a good idea, LIKE IN EVERY HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN, to stay a bit and hangout with the people for a few hours until I head to the airport. However, I received such a mean treatment. She allowed me to stay until 9pm and only to sit in the lobby without my baggage. She didn't even let me charge my phone. I still needed to organise a bit of my luggage, but I ended up doing it in in the street.
-
Conveniently located and close to the beach and areas of interest. Everything was great except at times the owner’s dog got a bit aggressive with people
-
Great location a little further, which means it's in a slightly quieter area. Beautiful rooftop and amazing staff
-
I liked the kitchen and tables area. I liked the fan in the bedroom. the shower water pressure was very low (low debit).
-
The courtyard was very cute. Staff was very helpful. Room was only semi-clean.
-
the space was very cozy and cute! and the staff and dog so nice! bathroom could use a new layer of paint

Bit noisy at night from the street but nothing that you cant sleep

There’s a kitchen in the main building. Beds have curtains. There are two buildings: the one shown in the pictures and another building located half a block away. The second building has a bad vibe, like a dingy prison. There are NOT ENOUGH LOCKERS FOR THE AMOUNT OF BEDS. This is inexcusable. I was placed in that second building, but all the lockers were in use. I work remotely so I NEED to be able to lock up my valuables. Especially when the building feels that sketchy! Grumpy Kaclla staff moved me into a more expensive room in the main building. My initial reservation came with an included breakfast, which they DID NOT honour when they moved me (even though it was their poor facilities that necessitated my move). The wifi is very bad. The area feels mostly safe, but you aren’t given a code or key so you still have to wait to be buzzed into the main building, which doesn’t feel safe at night. Also- and I really like animals- but the dog is not well behaved. Barking at guests, running over the furniture (and guests lol). I wish I had stayed elsewhere. Miserable time, even without the snoring people.

The staff overall tried their best, but there are limitations as the hostel overall does not have enough staff. The location is convenient. Nice warm showers. The checking in is cumbersome, with AI; it is not very welcoming and does not always work ideally. Overall the hostel does not make a clean impression. There is a dog that jumps on all chairs and takes food off the tables in the kitchen. The building we were in has two toilets for about 30 guests. I wonder if that is even legal? There are too many beds in the dorm for the space.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, as well as always available. All the spaces were super clean and they had an optional breakfast on site. Super close to the ocean, only a few minutes walk to the board walk and nice view. Close to restaurants and tons of other great services but in a quiet area. They play music all day, starting from early morning to 11pm at night. For me this was a huge turn-off and I would’ve preferred no music.
