Neat location and really nice staff It was all good and as advertised.

Well... I did not like that it did not have a coffee maker nor a microwave. Although the staff offered to heat the food up if I need it .

The abundance of vegetation, super comfortable, rooftop gardens with city views, smoking allowed on attached room balconies and on rooftop terrace, and shaded outside areas. The hotel decorations, the linens and the glass showers are top notch. The staff very attentive, actually above and beyond excellent! Kudos to Jordan who could not have been more helpful and pleasant❣️ Only thing missing is a pool.

Really nice to have a room with 4 beds since we've got 3 kids. Breakfast was mediocre. Bread, butter, jam and eggs plus coffee.

The location was great. The language on the TV was in spanish and couldn't change it.

Staff is kind; the room is just okay for a couple of nights. Breakfast is okay Location in Miraflores is also good The room was very small and basic. Besides having a nice balcony, there was barely space for the suitcases and no place to put anything anywhere. Since the excellent rating, I thought it would be a little better. Breakfast has very little choice.

Good location for walking around the Miraflores area. Breakfast was good, however, it did lack variety. Overall a nice place to stay when in Lima.

The staff was so friendly. The included breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this lovely establishment.

Great location, staff are super friendly and helpful. They booked a cab to the airport for me and made sure it arrived on time in the early morning hours. Delish breakfast and cool property with rooftop lounges. Highly recommend!!!

The location was great, the staff was extremely helpful. They ordered taxis when asked, and took either PEN or USD for payment. At night they have a pizzaria that was quite nice as well. There was no gas on one of the mornings which delayed the breakfast service. The staff quickly solved the problem though and the service was concluded (just a bit late).

Location was 10 minutes to the square and maybe 15/20 to sea front. I checked out at 2:30am and the man in reception was absolutely bloody lovely. So kind and good english. All staff smiley and friendly. shower was hot once i worked out how to use the taps. Cute balcony seating area upstairs which you can take your drinks up to. Cute restaurant below with pizza. Nice vibe. It locks up at night but you can go in through restaurant or ring bell if gates locked. It wasn’t clear where reception was as the door was closed so i basically walked into someone else’s room. Quite nosey but i’m not sure if this was outside or other guests.

2 out of 3 staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location. Good breakfast. 1 staff member was neither helpful nor friendly and on arrival offered a so-called upgrade for no extra cost, which turned out to be worse than the one I'd originally booked. The same staff member refused to book our airport bus despite this service being advertised in the lobby.
