Local for what we required Lift not working had to carry cases up to 3rd floor. Shame about the pool and sauna was closed.

Located next to a busy road - the traffic passing close by all through the night

Great location - rooms were a very good size - walking distance to local restaurants, shops etc Lift didn’t work - rooms were very dated - mattress was uncomfortable soft and springs were knackered - pool spa was closed . 2 adults , 1 child and 1 baby . Was a struggle with all the bags and buggy etc with no lift .

It was close to the place we were visiting No hot water in shower (sink tap hotter than the sun). No fridge. No working lift (moved to third floor). Staff trying their best. Pool still being returned after two years.

Always stay here lovely staff all round n the food is good aswell bonus The pool isn’t working n hasn’t been open for a while but it is about to open which is great the only real complaints I had was I am disabled n the lift wasn’t working n had a top floor room n so had to order room service aswell as not great with stairs and they forgot my order n did it nearly 2 hours late
