Staff were very friendly, making arrival quick and seemless. Breakfast was basic but suitable.

Staff were very helpful. We had arrived earlier than expected and staff kept us appraised of availability and were able to check in a few hours earlier. The lobby and room was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable and an ample amount of supplies were present eg towels, coffee etc; Lastly, the air conditioning were second to none. Very easy to operate and kept the room nice and cool. The view wasn't the best, but realistically this isn't something you'd expect considering the design of buildings.

Location was great for accessing Newark antiques & salvage fair Bathrooms are in need of renovation but main issue was loud running water coming from pipes in the walls that made it sound like a toilet flushing constantly in the bedroom. We both were up early and had a restless night due to it. Reception staff were not friendly.

Incredible for the price, bed was very comfy, free parking, lovely staff, would recommend to anybody. Massive spider in the corridor

We only used the restaurant once for breakfast, but the food and service were excellent. The bedroom having air conditioning was a massive bonus. The bed was very large and comfortable. Car parking was easy, and there was a lift to the upper floors. The location was very quiet. Nothing.

The referb is lovely the staff are exceptionally helpful and happy, Same as last time not being able to eat with my dog and can't leave the dog so it's definitely not ideal and I take my dog everywhere.
