The room looked quite modern. The 2 ladies on reception were very helpful and friendly. Discount of 15% off food at its namesake restaurant across the car park. It's entirely my fault for not checking the exact location as we were going to see a friend who lives near the town centre. I didn't realise how far away this was from town. We didn't sleep well, unfortunately, due to the pillows being uncomfortable. The room was also very warm, even with the window open. We didn't see any information about your facilities in the room either, and the phone signal is none existent in that part of the hotel even with WiFi.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We couldnt get our tv to work properly. It was dealt with immediately. The room was lovely. Big and very tastefully decorated and furnished.Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend it.

The staff where both very pleasant, particularly the young lady who checked us in. The bed was super sized and comfortable. Good sized room. Great value for the small price we paid (less than the usual motel brands). The room was stiflingly hot, but that was unavoidable as it was in the middle of the heatwave. Buildings in the UK are designed with extreme heat in mind! Luckily we brought our own fan.

Good location and restaurant on site. Local mini market at the garage also on site. Rooms a bit warm but there was a fan provided and the pillows a little harder than I'm used to(My personal choice)

Good location and parking Very hot room, windows were all closed so very stuffy when first entered.

Not sure what to expect as such good value but was pleasantly surprised- incredibly clean and with everything you need - great stop over if spending the day in Lincoln, or visiting The bar place next door too was unexpected Nothing
