Ultra clean accommodation beautiful grounds the couple could not have been more attentive to help make our stay relaxing and the final and most impressive was the stunning Breakfast very comprehensive choice of the finest ingredient's total luxury! The property was beautifully presented, clean and well maintained. Breakfasts were really good with plenty of choice , well prepared and cooked . Our room was comfortable and well equipped. The owners were really helpful with directions and traffic information . There was nothing to dislike.

Where to start? The property is a magnificent period property and even though you are on the outskirts of town you enter through electric operated gates and there it is in it's magnificence and then to top it all the owner opens the doors to the property and welcomes you. It's like visiting friends in a stately home. The hosts are lovely and very welcoming, as I said .. like friends. The property is has so many quaint features and little trinkets and ornaments and pictures it is just so homely. The breakfast is amazing, excellent food and excellent service and the choice so wide. I would love to have tried the Charcuterie plate but my partner doesn't eat it (I'll leave her at home next time). If I were to sum the stay up, I would say it was like being treated like royalty at a stately home. We will definitely be going back. There isn't anything not to like!

The accommodation was excellent, the owner's were outstanding hosts. Breakfast was 10 out of 10 with an extensive selection. Amazing value for money I couldn't find fault in our stay and we will definitely be returning

Wow! What can we say, this exceptional B&B is stunning, comfortable, relaxing and the perfect place to unwind. The attention to detail is incredible, Anthony and Siobhan have thought of everything! From the outstanding rooms, perfect breakfast, glass bottles of water, and a complementary chocolate at the side of the bed, we couldn’t have asked for anymore Breakfast was a masterpiece, tasty and beautifully presented cooked breakfast, and the gorgeous fruit compote was a winner for me Thankyou to Anthony and Siobhan for a wonderful stay..and a huge Thankyou to Basil for a lovely cuddle too we will be back! Absolutely nothing to dislike, except having to leave and come home

Our stay at Little Redlands was perfect. Beautiful house and a well equipped comfy room. Friendly and welcoming hosts. A wonderful breakfast selection all cooked and presented to the highest standards. We would thoroughly recommend Little Redlands for anybody visiting Lincoln or the surrounding area.

I had the great pleasure of staying at the Little Redland B&B. This Edwardian property has been lovely renovated to a high standard, with wonderful features, wherever you look! The attention to detail is second to none! Not only that, but Anthony & Siobhan are very hospitable and accommodating. I shall look forward to my return visit. My short stay!

Amazing property with so much atmosphere. Old in style, yet modern and quirky. Silver service quality breakfast in the amazing Drawing Room. The option of a meat, cheese and nibbles platter in the evening (pre booked) was a bonus after a long drive. Perfect location for local bus into Lincoln. Everything perfectly clean. Anthony and Siobhan have gone the extra mile to ensure guests have what theyneed. Nothing. All perfect

Excellent and secure parking. Lovely breakfast. Good location.Excellent hosts. Small bedroom rather compromised for space.Not helped by too.much furniture. In particular, armchair obstructing access to wardrobe and chest at foot of bed. Mattress quite soft and found pillows (down)although good quality not good for neck .
