Hampton Inn Lincoln Airport

The staff at check in were very friendly and efficient. There was a cold pitcher of cucumber water in the lobby that was refreshing and delicious. I felt like a princess when I walked in my room and saw a personalized welcome message on the tv screen. Everything was clean and in working order. The bed and pillows were both comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice hotel for the few hours we were there. However, I booked this hotel because of the “included” airport shuttle. Upon arrival, we were informed that the shuttle only runs 8-4, which was inconvenient since we were flying out at 5 am. The lady at the front desk was super nice and said they would provide an uber (no cost to us) to take us to the airport since the shuttle doesn’t run at that time. She scheduled the Uber at 3:45 (as requested) and we thought we were set. Then, the Uber driver showed up 20 mins early and cancelled the ride. Uber kept searching for another driver with no luck. We go downstairs and tell the man working the front desk but he doesn’t seem to care. He said “well, I hope another driver picks it up” then proceeds to listen to music/watch tv on his phone. We ended up having to find our own ride to the airport with no assistance from this employee and paid for it ourselves. DON’T STAY HERE IF YOU ARE DEPENDING ON THE AIRPORT SHUTTLE!!!

The location was perfect for freeway travel and venturing into town for a meal. The room was clean, well designed, and had all of the requisite amenities.

When I booked my reservation for myself and a room price on what I was shown I was looking for was one of the suites what we got was a normal king size bed in a regular room I ask about the rate they say they were full up, and I guess their rates are variable depending on how full they are and of course we paid the top rate for a regular room that one we were supposedly getting

Staff was very friendly and one went out of her way to try to help me. The biggest drawback for me, a light sleeper, was the noise, not from the airport but from I-80 traffic all night long. I had hoped the front desk might have earplugs and she tried to find some but no luck. There was no other room available for me to switch to in hopes of getting away from noise. Also, a grab bar by the standard low-rise toilet would be helpful for older folks or others with somewhat limited strength. Parking was right by the Inn, no problem.

Very comfortable and convenient. Good value for the money. Lotion bottle in room was empty. Breakfast was pretty good, although not much for fruit.

The check in staff was excellent. Pillows were too hard/too fluffy

The stay was wonderful, clean, safe and without issues. Where can they Improve? Breakfast, it was not bad, but could add other options.
