Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lincoln Airport by IHG

It’s gone downhill. Hot and humid in the hallways. Not clean in common areas. Room was ok.

Lincoln may be one of the most welcoming places we’ve ever been. We were here for the NCAA softball regionals our daughter was playing in and the fans of Nebraska were amazing. Whole town was extremely nice.

The room smelled very musty for the entire time. Thought it would clear out but didn’t. Tv didn’t work well. Was good for a simple overnight stay

The first room we were assigned was very musty/moldy smelling. We requested a different room on another floor. Also only 4 tv channels, not main ones.

Was nice and clean and the beds were better than normal. We even slept past breakfast. Wanted to stop there again on the way home but they were booked solid.

Breakfast is as good tho nothing unexpected The elevator ( only one for the building !) didn’t work. The clerk said he’d tried to reset it but that didn’t work. After lengthy and trying use of the steps, on our way out we heard another clerk on the phone apparently with a technician who was walking her thru the fix. MO ONE EVEN LABELED THE ELEVATOR DOORS “OUT OF ORDER” on any floor.

Great place, price and location if you want a stay close to the airport

Friendly staff that cared about the stray little kittens near the hotel. Everything about the hotel was as expected.

Free breakfast was good, room was clean Kids running down the hall at 1130 at night and knocking on a door. That disturbed me and my dogs, the fires works was so loud that was bothering my dogs. Someone in one of the hotels close by was setting them off.

We arrived at the hotel and we’re greeted by a hotel staff that was sitting on the opposite side of the front desk and was watching TikTok or some sort of Internet app. When checking in the staff member was less than welcoming. When we arrived in our room, we immediately noticed that the AC was not working. I attempted to make contact with the front desk staff member calling from the room several times and did not receive a response. After about 10 minutes, I received a response and was told to turn the switch on for the AC that was plugged into the wall next to the unit. I attempted to do this several times and could not get the AC to turn on. I then called back and was told to come downstairs and get new room keys because we would have to change rooms. Mind you we checked in at after midnight and we’re extremely exhausted because of the Fourth of July festivities. After waiting approximately 15 minutes, we were able to get back into our room where there was working AC. The room, however’s bathroom was a bit dirty and had a dirty tissue on the floor and some hair in the bathtub. At this point, I was too tired to contact staff regard to the issue. This stay was frustrating and the staff was not helpful.

Easy check-in at late hour. Comfortable room & good breakfast. Good location to access freeway, gas & food. Good job Holiday Inn!

The bathroom was filled with mold in the tub surround and where the tub met the floor. Paint was peeling off of the bathroom door. The hotel breakfast had no cinnamon rolls, no strawberry cream cheese, no sausage, no chocolate milk, etc...
