The staff was very helpful and polite. They were attentive to our needs when asking questions, and obtaining extra laundry bags for our dirty clothes. Breakfast was satisfactory. The only reason that I didn’t give a 5 star review was due to the carpeting in the hallways. It was pretty dirty, and needed a good cleaning. Other than that, all was good.

Staff friendly, room clean and bed comfortable Water wasn’t very hot, there was a gap between the door and the frame where we could see in and out.

Overall it was good. No issues with noise. My main issue was the A/C. It kept the room cool but it was pretty humid.

All of it Young man at front desk tried to charge my card before I even checked in. So when I got there he took my card and ran it again, I was charged twice.

Overall our visit was good. There was mold growing on the AC and the staff quickly moved us to a far better room. The pool was great and the food was good.

The bed was super comfortable, and really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We did find some dead bugs around the room, but they were mainly in the windows sill and on the corner of the room. Bathrooms and bedding were all clean, and the staff were super friendly.
