Town House Extended Stay Hotel Downtown

Everything seemed okay, but there were things that make me wonder about this place. First, the lobby and part of the hallway smelled very strongly of household cleaners - it was almost like they had no idea how to clean or were trying to mask something. Second, both of the complementary shampoo bottles had been partially used and then refilled with water. Third, the furniture in the room was covered in stains. This all makes me wonder what I didn’t notice. The location and price were good, but I will definitely remember this place and will not stay here in the future.

Clean room and helpful staff

The bathtub was dirty. They didn't have any kind of breakfast. Wasn't worth the money I paid for it. I am glad it was only one night.

Friendly staff, clean room The neighborhood, location, people making noise all night. A party or something was going on right above us. Walls are paper thin. My door knob looked like it had been picked at and broken into before. Not worth the "value". The smell reminded me of a stinky thrift store. I regretted staying here the minute I walked into the building.

The room was not where near worth 1000.00 for a week. The room was outdated, the kitchen dishes still had goodwill tags and none of them matched. pots and pans worthless. The celling paint was chipping and discolored in areas. People were living on the top few floors. The outside was littered with cigarette butts everywhere. Bedding had stains, and the bed was freaking hard.

Nice & clean hotel in a fantastic location & at a very affordable price. The room was clean & comfortable, I had a very relaxing stay.

Bathtub and shower still had hair and dirt, had to move 3 times due to no air in rooms, appliances need to be replaced. More than one pot or pan. Loud people above I had to report multiple times. Not worth the price but overall the bed was comfy

Great place for a extended stay, great price!!

We didn’t have very many hotel options this specific weekend because of events so we stayed here and it wasn’t clean at all. The kitchen still had food residue on all dishes and appliances. The couches were all stained and tore up. The beds don’t have very comfortable blankets or pillows, you’re practically sleeping with a curtain as a comforter. The bathroom was actually clean at least but I was pretty disappointed in our stay here.

Our kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky. The remote was gross. And the roaches outside were horrible.

Cheap hotel, but it was very clean, bed was pretty comfortable. Within walking distance to memorial. Would definitely stay here again!

Nothing. Would stay again

It was an easy 20 min walk to stadium which was nice. Sai was helpful and nice. Had keycard issue and was very helpful. Elevator was sketchy with noises and bumps but clean. Hallways and rooms were dated but overall clean. Shower had horrible mold around caulk and water pressure from 'dollar store' shower head made showering with long hair horrible. However, for the price and walking distance to stadium, you get what you pay for!
