Amazing views and amenities, super clean resort, we had a blast! Could use a few cosmetic updates but not big deal, we love the resort. Thank you!

The refrigerator wasn’t work That’s not the room I pay for it

Staff was very helpful, facilities were quiet, except for the pools obviously. :) Beds were nice as was our overall stay. Thanks!

I’ll start by saying that I would have no problem going back to this property, BUT for me the cost didn’t align with the property and would likely be the reason I don’t go back. Everything is dated, everything. It was clean but didn’t have a clean feel, too many decades soaked into everything. Small things like shampoo/conditioner/body wash not being provided irks me cause of the cost to stay here. Rooms were pretty quiet which is a positive thing. The room was just drab, not bad but not good either, dated and mish-mash of odd choices of decor (some modern, some second-hand looking, no artwork, old yellowed wall paper, etc). The restaurant had odd hours but the food was decent enough, though overpriced, and of course a very dated look. The exterior is worn and drab, and has carpeted walkways outside that are not kept up. The pool and hot tub was nice, the game room was pathetic. The lake and paddle boats were nice. The area around the lake was very pretty with the landscaping. The observation tower is closed for renovations.

There was an issue with the room immediately. We requested a room with a balcony, but was given a room without one at street level. The person at the desk was extremely unhelpful and did nothing to assist with a change. The housekeeping staff didn’t make the beds while we were out, and the property had clearly seen better days, as it appeared aged and run down. We will never, ever stay here again

The pools were great. The restaurant was cute.

I love it here! Beautiful place, beautiful views and all the good hikes and waterfalls are super close.
-
The gym was disappointing…to small of a room and limited machines. water stations should be in multiple areas to refill water bottles. the bar area was kinda small considering the large dining room. I liked the proximity to entrance FRanconia Notch State Park

Fishing on property.

The check in was good, but that's all we saw of the staff. The grounds are beautiful. The room... well a lot of updating would help it out. Too much furniture in the room, no where to put a couple of suitcases except on one rack and the other went on top of a dresser. The door didn't close properly, needs work. Breakfast was very good and the waitresses were excellent.

Honestly, it was a pleasant stay. But for the cost per night I would like to have seen complementary buffet breakfast. The service by the staff were very accommodating and pleasant.

We loved our stay! Beautiful property, the heated pool and hot tub were so great, especially while it rained. We had a small balcony in our room overlooking the pond and stream. We will be back!
-
The property is very rundown the rooms have a real bad smell. They were very dirty.

It’s a great older place to stay. The pools were great , great food in the restaurant. Just a great place to stay

Property was beautiful set in the mountains. The grounds had beautiful flowers and the scenery was spectacular.

The motel is very dated. It definitely needs an upgrade. Not what the pictures show online. Things are run down and the rooms are old. Had plumbing up on ceiling exposed. Had a slight smell, maybe carpet cleaner. There is outdoor grass carpet in alot of the spaces, that is also needing an upgrade. The room was clean and it was in a convenient location.

Loved that there was an indoor and outdoor pool! Loved the game room and the shuffleboard on the property. Loved the view from the room that overlooked the lake and the mountain. Nice and helpful staff, very clean rooms that were quite spacious!
