The location was lovely. The welcome cookie was nice. The breakfast was fine. Problems with check in due to the system being down. This meant I needed to ask again for non feather bedding and get that sorted once we got in our room. We felt the room was a bit tired so though passable there wasn’t a Hilton wow factor.

Lovely friendly staff, warm cookie on arrival was a great touch, location was perfect Beds were too hard and didn't get a good nights sleep, would expect parking to be included for over £100 per night.

excellent airconditioning in the hotel. good breakfast and friendly helpful staff. would stay again. the rooftop bar has a lovely view and reasonably priced cocktails nothing really , breakfast for us would have been better if time was extended to 10 am. car park a bit cramped . left my car exactly between the lines but found out that the car that had been parked after we arrived made it that i couldnt get back into my car. both cars parked exactly between the lines but opposite way round. otherwise enjoyable stay.

The location was Great and on the water side! The bathroom wasn’t clean and it seems that there was still urine in the toilet. It feels that the bathroom or room wasn’t cleaned- only bedsheets changed.
