Embassy Suites by Hilton Baltimore at BWI Airport

The conference room AC worked inconsistently, but they did resolve it. The Parking lot is a pain with the QR codes. The breakfast is fantastic!!

Lobby seating shares sofas were stained. Breakfast area need attendants to keep the counters clean. No Fritos granola for yogurt. No oatmeal. Desk clerks were very nice. My room was clean but they didn’t have complimentary water in the room. I had to ask the desk clerk for the complimentary water.

Quick check in, friendly and helpful staff, convenient proximity to airport with free shuttle. Quiet, safe, clean, and spacious 1 bedroom suite.

Tia was amazing. She served us breakfast and took such pride in her work and made sure everyone was taken care of well.

Great location

We waited for the airport shuttle for an hour. I then left my cell on the shuttle to which the driver pulled off and the front desk clerk was not able to contact the driver. I could not check in without my credit card any license. After flying for hours we were exhausted and I explained I paid with a credit card and should be able to use my passport. Then the clerk said she would check. She then gave me the keys and stated she did not see I paid with a credit card. This was a terrible experience.

Fair warning I have always stayed in Hilton and I love all the Hilton hotels I have been in. But this one you have to apparently request for your room to be serviced (no one told us this) and the staff was kinda rude. Other than that hotel was clean and room was clean.

My go to lithicum, md. spot, when available.

Pack snacks if your not driving

This hotel is extremely outdated. I was highly disappointed. The staff were attentive and friendly.

Exceptional

Staff and the convenience of the facilities were nice. The room was great and the atmosphere was pleasant for my needs. I do not think a hotel should charge their guests for parking. Paying for additional wifi speeds seems a little cheap. And, honestly, I was a little disappointed in the fact there was no adult tv viewing options

Great stay. Clean rooms. I would definitely stay again.

Horrible - arrived after a long trip to find out the air conditioning had been broken for a month

Walked in, went to bed, got up at 4AM and went to the airport. I cannot say much about the hotel except that it was fairly conveniently located. Location and proximity to the airport. Quiet.

The room was very clean , spacious , and exactly was I was looking for. We loved their breakfast! 10/10 ! Will be booking here again !

The breakfast was very good and the place was clean The snacks from the gift shop prices were kinda high and stale. Also the bar closed way to early

The room was great and I really like the space. I thought that the pillows were too soft which made it more difficult to sleep. The nightly event was a good idea, however the snacks were not great. Additionally, I did not like having to pay $15 for parking.
