While the room was perfectly clean, huge star for the cleaning staff, we were a little surprised there was no microwave. It's an added plus but not necessary. Staff, from the check-in to the staff in the restaurant, were the best. Even though we were close to the airport we could not hear any planes flying overhead and it was wonderfully quiet! Would stay there again!

Happy with staff. Just no complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste.

The hotel is fine. It's a nice Westin. The disappointment was that there was apparently a charge for parking in the big open parking lot, which would not have been a big deal if only I had been informed about it at any point. The front desk didn't mention it; the check-in paperwork didn't mention it; there was no gate or sign (that I saw) or other indication that we were parking in a controlled, paid lot. The only indication was a notification I received in the mail from "Towne Park" with a demand for $75. Park" with a picture of my car and license plate along with a demand for $75, which included $18 for the actual parking plus penalties. I don't know if the sign was the size of a postage stamp, but I certainly never saw it and I would have expected the staff to warn me when I checked in if there was such a penalty for not seeing the sign and for parking in what looked like a basic, open lot for customers.

Staff is extremely helpful. It is a big property with not so much. They do charge for parking $18 per day.

Worst rental company in rental business! They dont know how to run the business and notify their clients! They made us wait for hours and then rejected to give us the car! I would never do business with them again

No swimming pool even though its still listed.

Besides the elevator and the ice machine being broken everything else was fine

However, I did not feel secure, and this factors heavily in my overall rating. In the morning after my first night, as I drove out of the lot, a vehicle was sitting on cinder blocks with both its passenger side wheels stolen. Not more than 30 yards from the front entrance. And the hotel charges for parking. I cannot imagine my loved ones coming to or leavimg this hotel at the times that I did, and happening upon the individuals in the process of this crime. For that reason, I would not recommend using this hotel if you need to come in/leave early, nor parking your car if at all you have one. Security outside is optional and the brazeness of the criminals confirmed what they think of any measures in place.
