Very nice room, nice structure and facilities. The dinner was great as well. Friendly staff

Wonderful staff. Good price. Excellent service and good.
-
Enormous pool, nice breakfast, helpful staff, a bit of a walk up from the center
-
It has a pool. The common areas were comfortable and well maintained. The internet did not work in the rooms. The TV was very small.
-
Probably, the best hotel on Lipari. Hotel rooms are a bit in need of cosmetic repairs but nothing serious.
-
Friendly staff and absolutely spotless Nothing

The facilities (room, pool, lobby) are excellent with a gorgeous view of the city. Everything is clean and the staff is super friendly. The breakfast buffet is also quite good. The pool was a must have since we didn't have time to go for the nicer beaches farther from the town. Very minor point, but the shower temperature went from warm to freezing or burning at random moments.
-
Excellent pool, close to town center and major historical buildings.

very central in Lipari, short walk away from shops, cafes and center , and very quiet inside especially around the pool.

the location was great. Near the city center and the port. The breakfast was also nice, with a good selection. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bathroom looks like it's from the 1970s. It is in serious need of an update. The shower-head works. But it is very old and rusty and doesn't give a good flow because of it. Also, If you want to flush the toilet, you will have difficulty getting rid of what you produced from one flush. It's strange because the water pressure seems very good and high. The ironic part is that there is a sign in a bathroom that says that guests should be mindful of the water consumption! I wasn't expecting such standards form a 4 star hotel. I can say that the staff do keep the bathroom clean though. The windows close, but don't lock. Anyone from the outside could enter the room if they wanted to. Even though, it's likely that nothing would happen, it might not always be reassuring for the guests. There is a safe provided in the rooms if needed though.

Excellent hotel designed in Mediterranean style with a swimming pool, nice restaurant and cozy bar. Surrounded by trees and flowers. Transport to the beach is a nice bonus, considering the large distance. Hotel staff is very friendly and professional. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely like to come back next summer.

Drinks from bar were highly marked up. Upper rooms with view were noisy fairly early from departing guests and loud staff. Lower rooms without a view were super quiet. No leniency on check out time (this is understandable but noting this for those that attempt to shoot their shot)
