I’ve tried 3 different hotels in Lisbon and Browns Avenue was definitely the #1! Near by the best restaurants and stores, so you can do everything by wall (no better way to discover the city).

The staff are amazing. Love the resturant and the library. I think that the welcome drink should include all drinks.

Excellent Hotel. Great location and wonderful staff. Jeffrey helped securing us a dinner reservation was very helpful and appreciated. Breakfast was exceptional quality and the service was fantastic throughout our stay. No complaints.

Everything was nicely appointed. Rooms felt very special and staff were always so helpful. The restaurant had a yummy buffet breakfast and dinner was one of the best in Lisbon! The shower was a bit small and water did come out.

Cool and tasteful design, very friendly staff, great rooftop terrace with pool, amazing breakfast. The location is perfect, in the elegant neighborhood of Lisbon with wonderful luxury restaurants and shopping. Room had too much wear and tear for 5 star rating. Our room was also directly facing a blind wall.

1. There was Marshall Speaker in our room. 2. At breakfast, we had blueberries and raspberries every day. I had never seen that before. 3. The staff were very friendly and helpful 4. It was my birthday, and they congratulated me and gave me a bottle of wine.

The hotel was charming! Welcoming front desk staff & lovely room. The mattress was a bit hard, but the pillows & sheets were high quality.
