Very modern feel, lobby was very nice and comfortable, staff was attentive Cleaning of rooms was at times inefficient, with the room of my soon not cleaned for 2 days. They put the DO NIT DISTURB sign uo during for 2 hrs while the baby was sleeping, but removed it after. It all worked out after we woukd tell them daily what time the room should be cleaned.

The hotel’s location is excellent—situated very close to the city center, it provides easy access to major attractions, shopping areas, and dining options, while still offering a comfortable environment. Getting to the hotel from the airport was simple and convenient. A quick Uber ride of around 20 minutes (10 euro) brought us directly to the doorstep, making arrival smooth and hassle-free. What really sets this hotel apart is the exceptional staff. The level of hospitality here is outstanding—easily among the best I have ever experienced. Every team member was courteous, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a pleasant stay. Their proactive approach and willingness to assist with any request made a big difference and added a personal touch throughout the visit. The overall ambiance of the hotel is warm and welcoming, with well-maintained rooms that provide a comfortable and relaxing space after a day of exploring Lisbon. It was nice and very clean, very good staff, breakfast was good, enjoyed the sauna The room layout was a bit weird, washroom was at the entry with no wash basin, there was no door for the main bathroom. The main bathroom had a wash basin and a shower area, shower area had a door…but for more privacy a door should have been there.

The Hotel had everything we needed, free taxi from the airport, small but functional spa, excellent breakfast and good location to start the city tour. Our room had pvc carpet, It felt bad to step on it.

The see through shower is maybe suitable for couples but if you book a room for 3 people I think the staff can understand that a see through shower is not appropriate. We asked them but they didn’t understand why…
