Dom Carlos Liberty Hotel

I absolutely love the breakfast: tasty and filling. I also enjoyed the rooms, which were fully equipped with AC, a TV and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. It is also located next to metro stations and boutiques

Eu amei a estadia, o hotel é super limpo, bem localizado e com ótima infraestrutura. O café da manhã é bem completo e delicioso, além disso conseguimos deixar nossas malas enquanto turistavamos e a equipe da recepção nos atendeu perfeitamente. O hotel embora bem cuidado é bem simples e o quarto é bem pequeno, mas o suficiente para ser confortável. Tomem cuidado com as excursões que o hotel oferece, pegamos uma com preço alto e não passaram em uma das localizações que deveria, não recebemos o nosso reembolso, embora a equipe da recepção tenha nos atendido prontamente.

The room was a bit small

Location and staff Tiny rooms. With two people and two suitcases it was way too small

The room was small but cozy, everything was clean and bright, staff were very polite and friendly, the location is great, next door to Cartier, close to public transit. I think this is a great pick, would recommend it. And we will back to it next time when we go to Lisbon For breakfast, I would like boiled eggs, but not given that choice. Actually there was only 3 items for hot dishes which was very plain

No coffee in the lobby during the day.

The location and friendly staff.

Great location, lovely lobby and breakfast room with excellent breakfast Terrace of our room was nice but could have been decorated better. There was tar on the lounge chairs. Very awkward and inconvenient shower. Fridge was not plugged in and we did not realize this for 24 hours so our food spoiled.

My opinion is already published because I had 2 bookings as I had to extend my stay in Lisbon due to Lufthansa strikes. Furtunately, the hotel responded to my second booking very fast and they enabled me to stay in the same room for that additional night which was very convenient. Everything was ok.

Fantastic location - very close to the stop of buses from the airport, metro station and half-hour walk through nice streets to Praça do Comércio/ sea, 15-minute walk to the botanical garden. Nearby Eduardo VII Park has a very nice view point overlooking the city and the sea. Breakfast with rather small but excellent choice of food: scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages always warm, some very good cheese in ricotta type, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, good choice of fruits, including melones, pineapples and one day even stawberries. There were also some nice pastries including pasteis de nata. I stayed there 4 nights and there were never any queues for the coffee machines. If I had to find some minus it would be no electric kettle or coffee machine in the room but I was cosncious of that while booking so no complains from my side. :-)

The staff is really friendly. The location is close to the metro. Everything was perfect.

The property is getting a little old and it start to show left and right.

Friendly staff Location and delicious breakfast Water in the room. We had coffee but confused on which water to use. Two bottles in the frig and one water bottle on desk but not a sign complementary. When we asked at the desk on our second day ( we were there for five), which water bottle? They said it’s only complementary on the first day. So needless to say we never had coffee in the morning for five days. Why have free coffee with no water.

Shower doors were a little confusing.

We really liked the scrambled at breakfast! the breakfast and coffee/ tea was very nice. The Location was great. Our maid was great I was sad that a bottle of water and coffee/ tea are NOT offered complimentary in room. Complimentary shuttle service to and from El Corte Ingles is NOT offered like other local hotels.

Great Stay and location

Breakfast was good, good food and very central location ? We were in front of the elevator, so we can hear all the customers using the elevator ???
