Scammers! They made us pay extra fee for “dirty towels” before we checked out. Apparently guests are not supposed to use the towels, otherwise god forbid they get dirty. When we asked for the manager, they were conveniently not in the hotel. Will not stay at this hotel ever again.

The location is perfect in the city centre The bathroom is pretty tiny. Can hardly move around.

The building look like it was converted to a Hotel. But setup was not like a Hotel. Room were clean bathrooms new, first room we got have a moist smell we ask to be change a was done immediately, curtains were falling down, and the weirdest thing the room we got for two people have 4 twin beds.

Great location to explore Evora. Nice to have Restaurante part of hotel, just in case you don't want to go out. Food was excellent No issues

Centrally located. We were given a room that smelled like sewer and the AC was not working properly. I spent a couple nights n that room until they transferred me to another room.

The location of the hotel was a plus, the staff very professional and helpful. The sink of the restroom was too small.

Room was ok, clean and everything (fan, fridge) worked. Breakfast was also ok. Maybe it should have more fruits and vegetables. Location is perfect, for walking and close to major Lisbon Destinations Hotel looks quite old and some floors are not yet renovated. We got a room with renovated bathroom in 5th floor. It was clean and quiet. So nothing bad to report.

Great location. Very beautiful and comfortable room. Great views from the balcony as well. Great breakfast spread. Loved everything.

The good thing was very clean people were very nice the location for the money the breakfast was very good the front desk was very helpful nicely I didn’t like the toilet was too close to the wall we can l bean set con-fort the baby sink you can put the too hands together to wash I was using the shower to wash my hands I was on night in a different room I didn’t like because it was too dark and scary that one ate was very good lotsa space very con-fort room I moved to a room 507 the room is very nice but the bathroom was very dissing I don’t recommend that room they need to re dissing too make every costume happy

Great bed, wonderful environment but I didn't like the food of breakfast. Too crowded. I would appreciate a place that's more private.
