No towels, bathroom was pretty bad

Staff is super friendly and onsite coffee machine is free, onsite pizza oven is great for late night eats Somewhat far from main downtown, but the walk there is nice & not that long

It was very clean, the bathrooms where super clean and big enough to be comfortable, definitely I recommend it

This is my second time staying here! I feel like it is straightforward, for a good rate and they have all these nice little things (elevator, pizza shop downstairs, etc). There was some construction outside my window so they actually gave me a free pizza which was awesome. Fast wifi too for work!

The rooms and bathrooms are kept exceptionally clean, and the beds are comfortable (especially for a hostel). The staff were super friendly, and they want to provide a good stay. They offer free breakfast/woodfired pizza since there is some construction scaffolding, and when I complained about the noise they tried to work with me to make it better. LOUD. If you are unfortunately near the entrance door on each floor the door SLAMS shut every time someone comes in (white noise from a phone speaker can’t come close to drowning it out). Even the doors to the other bedrooms close hard, so it was a challenge to get a good nights sleep. It is an older building, I get that, but other old buildings don’t have loud doors. The staff was very kind about it and moved me rooms, but that doesn’t change the fact that many rooms are loud (even the new room I could hear every time a neighbor came/went)

coffee, tea and water for free. The staffs are so nice and supported. Free luggage storage. the kitchen can barely cook. (Maybe at least put a knife so people can cut fruit)

At this price I liked everything, for instance, a cup of good coffee in the morning, close to the city centre and subway station, nice walking down town etc. Mi

Amazing staff, clean, quiet

The property is ideally situated in Lisbon. We had our own room in the hostel,which was spacious and the bed was huge and confortable ! There are multiples bathroom on each floor so we never had to wait to go in it. And the bathrooms are cleaned multiples times a day. It was all very clean which can be rare in a hostel. And the staff is very amiable. It was a great stay and very good value for money ! I recommend it !! The rooms are not entirely soundproof so we can hear some noise in the hallways or the shared space. But it really isn’t a big deal.

One quick night in a single room. Friendly staff and a clean and functional room.

Super friendly and welcoming staffs, good food and free coffee! The room is clean and the location is really convenient. The sound proof is not the best and the smell of the toilet could be noticeable sometimes.

Ideal location, close to most of attractions and friendly staff

Location There were so many issues with this place: 1) very noisy, it was really difficult to sleep at night. We could here every step taken in the hallway, 2) the bathroom was not cleaned well, 3) the shower head was not tall enough which made it really difficult to use 4) the only window in our suite was facing something close to a dumpster, 5) the kitchen appliances were so old and the dishes were not even washed, and 6) there’s a restaurant downstairs so the entire building stinks when they start to cook. All in all, don’t get fooled by the pictures, the real place looks nothing like them.

The location, it has elevator. The bathrooms were dirty. Room cleaning only involved changing the sheets, they didn’t clean the floors or anything else. Other rooms were also very noisy.

Very clean, organized and many available private bathrooms. Hallways could get a bit confusing.

One on the staffs who duty on 18 Oct morning during 8.30–> talked badly , no service mind. I asked her I can’t use elevator ( because I am about to check out) I got 4 luggage from 3 rd floor) I came down and ask. She told me with very bad behavior, she asked me to walk up to 4th floor to closed the doors, I said I don’t know I m on 3rd floor . It is not me who not closed that door and how am I supposed to know this issue. She also talked back badly that this is not her false. Other staffs were nice but this lady. She shouldn’t work in the service industry if she doesn’t have service mind
