Everything Nothing
-
The breakfast was the lowest point. It barely had anything to offer, and the options were very limited.

Very friendly staff, and everything squeaky clean. The bed was comfortable, and the street quiet, so guaranteed a good night's sleep. Price is very affordable. The hotel is a bit old (air con not working, noisy plumbing etc). That can't be helped easily, but the breakfast could become a bit more exciting without necessarily costing more. Maybe vary the kind of cheese every so often, and definitely include black tea!

Location Room 101, water plumb noise.

Room - clean. cleaning lady - did a great job, bed was always clean and tidy. Wifi - Great free wifi, I could have my online meetings without any issue. Localization : In the center , everything is closed to the hotel , restraurant , shopping etc.. Staff - not always present at the entrance and there is no ring bell to call them. I needed to wait more than 15min sometimes. By the way other people had their personal belongings stolen during their sleep (the staff is not checking who is entering to the hotel and the room doors can be open easily). Breakfast - Not a lot of choices , small amount and not very diversify.
-
The door lock was hard to open and close and you needed to leave your key at front desk each time you left.
-
The room was small but convenient for one night stay. The hotel is very close to the city center and main attractions. Breakfast was good. There is 24 hours parking in 10 minutes from the hotel. The hot water is not coming immediately but after awhile.

Very bad smell bathroom sewerage. We were out most of time. If you’re sensitive with smell, don’t even bother.

The staff were all very friendly. The hotel is old and beautiful, but all the amenities worked (A/C, hot water, good water pressure in the shower, there's a safe in the room, mini fridge worked). The breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, and I loved the high ceilings and preserved vintage aspects of the room. The street was quiet and the location was excellent for walking to bars, restaurants, coffeeshops, and the main sites in Lisbon. The manager also allowed me to extend my room for half a day because I had a late evening flight out of Lisbon and wanted to be able to return to the room to shower/pack before my evening flight - I was very grateful because this is not always common with hotels. The staff were very accommodating! The towels were sufficient but if anything was improved, I would suggest new towels. They were fine, just worn out a bit from use.

Everything OK

Breakfast could have been better. Bathroom appeared a little aged but no problems cleanliness or functionality wise.

They rebooked us at a cheaper hotel and didn’t notify us in advance. So we had to drag our bags uphill over the cobblestone for three blocks to get to the new hotel. If they had notified us in advance we could have Ubered there directly. We’re trying to get a refund on the price difference between the two hotels.

Every thing is closeby. I really enjoyed my trip They keep very clean ❤️

Location was good and the establishment was clean. The breakfast could have offered a bit more. Yogurt, cheese and ham, bread and cereal each morning. Coffee and juice were also offered.
-
Bueno por el precio
-
They’re obsession with you giving the key back every time you leave
-
One of the cleanest hotels that I have visited Breakfast could contain more options
-
Nice old fashioned room with balcony (looking out on the street). Quiet, comfortable. Excellent bathroom. Reasonable location, close-ish to metro stations. Breakfast is laughably sparse (I only bothered on one day out of four) but there is at least decent coffee from a machine

The location was good, but you can find better options. The staff, especially the older German man at the reception, was very rude. Just to give an example that for me was the worst experience of the whole stay, when I asked for support for the breakfast due to food intolerances related to animal products like milk and other food, instead of offering support like any other hotel always does giving plant based milk, gluten free options or plant based foods, he discriminated me with very rude talks and behaviors. Well, this is not the hotel where you want to stay!
