The room and the hotel are very nicely decorated. We very muched enjoyed having access to the pool. The hotel is conveniently close to the Metro. The bed was quite comfortable. We appreciated the kitchen, its appliances, as well as the detergents the hotel gave us when needed, it was very convenient for a 7-night stay. We were disappointed by the cleanliness and maintenance. In particular, upon our arrival, there was a stain on the toilet seat, and the wash basin was blocked. The pool and poolside are too small compared to the number of rooms. When we went to the pool at the end of the day, the water was clearly dirty. The sofa was beautiful but uncomfortable.

I really like this Hotel its a little quirky, With its various buildings and levels. Staff were very friendly . Breakfast very good with a great selection of food to choose from . Breakfast room is a beautiful space nicely decorated. The Hotel courtyard is very spacious offering chairs and sun loungers and a pool to cool off in they've also good a Bar "The Yard" I ate in the pool side restaurant on one of the evenings . I was late making my reservation but the helpful staff squeezed me in . Dinner was excellent and a nice choice of wines was offered. The hotel has two other Bars The Kissaten Whiskey Bar and the underground Spiritland Lisbon cocktail bar. Both are worth visiting! This hotel blend trendy modern chic with old world history its even got its own museum. I will be back! My room was a little dark and below street level. Luckily I was travelling alone as you would find it hard to fit 2 people in it.

So many amenities from restaurants, cafe, gym, pool, fabulous room and amazing staff! Not enough sun loungers at the pool or loungers taken by people who weren’t there all the time. Slightly annoying if you wanted a few hours to chill by the pool

Design is beautiful and staff was very helpful. Several great facilities such as pool, parking garage and breakfast area madr it all easier and better. The rooms were really small and barely anything fits. Tiny bathroom and no space in the room for anything at all. I find the layout definitely suboptimal. Price was high.

Beautiful property with so many cool areas, bars, pool, restaurant, etc. Beds were comfy but the pillows are too soft.
