The location was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. No air conditioning, noisy group of school-age kids and uncomfortable bed.
-
Shared bathrooms were not cleaned the apartment itself is old and sounds from the street and everywhere can be heard.
-
Clean kitchen and shared bathroom Bed was comfortable with a portable heater provided

Nothing.

Safe location. Spacious room. Plenty of bathroom space The lift didn’t always work. No a/c but my room did have a fan and a balcony so I was ok
-
Location The shower and toilet left much to be desired. There was no space on our shelf to store food, and the items we left were thrown away (or taken) by staff — which is very strange, since it wasn’t theirs. When we asked, the response was dismissive, and nobody seemed willing to deal with our concerns.

Good location. Reasonably clean facilities. No AC in peak summer was almost unbearable. Very hard to sleep. Took a long time to get all information like entry codes etc.

The communication with the personnel was smooth. They are truly helpful. The information that this is actually a hostel and toilet and bathroom are shared with a huge number of people was too much hidden. I was trapped by the high score but this probably reflects only the opinions of people who aimed to stay at a hostel. We were looking for a place suitable for a family with a child. The facility is just not suitable for this category. In the last two days both the toilets and bathrooms were full. The other residents rarely left those places clean. They also made a lot of noise until late night. The personnel honestly did their best to help us and clean around but just they should abolish the family room concept as the fundamentals are not appropriate. The price was way too high for what it provides to a family.

Room was terrible but clean. First night I couldn’t sleep, It was a kinder club, teenager had party, room too small and no air. There is no one after 20:00, Staff kick me out, they don’t have any luggage storage and they said to me you can not wait here go out. So rude, my flight was a evening flight and I had to wait 7 hours outside and weather was heavy rainy . One of the worst stay of my life

comfy bed and nice balcony shared bathroom could have been a little cleaner

Very convenient location, around the corner from the Metro station at Marques do Pombal, the beautiful large park Edward VII, upscale Avenida da Liberdade, 15 min walk up to El Corte Ingles; safe, nice neighborhood! Comfortable firm mattress, clean shared bathroom (two showers with toilets and two separate toilets, additional sinks, and shared big kitchen with everything possible necessary to cook or prepare meals and hot drinks, complimentary tea/coffee/spices/olive oil& vinegar, separate recycling ♻️, individual shelf in fridge. For solo travelers they have 3 rooms, best of which is with a balcony, slightly bigger than mine. I was in the second best, it’s small but cozy. It looked bigger in the photos (I thought there would be enough space on the floor for a yoga mattress but there wasn’t) I couldn’t sleep well even with earplugs and closed windows because of the outdoor noise from the constant traffic of the street and nearby large boulevards. You could also hear the doors next to you open and close (thin walls and doors). If you’re a light sleeper it may not be the place for you. It’s an apartment which can house about 40 people at its maximum capacity, I was there with only one or two at the time and could still hear my roommate neighbor.

Great host and staff! I had a very nice stay here

Very clean. Excellent location near the Marque du Pombe. Close to many restaurants. Check-in instructions were clear. Shared bathroom but each toilet and shower is in its own lockable stall. My room was near the entrance and you could hear when people entered. The rooms aren’t very sound proof, so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

The property is centrally located walking distance to old town and metro. Also supermarket close by. The kitchen was very handy. The late checkin

I quite liked this place - was really clean and tidy, had everything i needed. I especially appreciated how clean it was - bathrooms were always clean, the kitchen was spotless and organised and had literally everything needed. I liked the location as it was out of the hustle and bustle but easy to get to via metro and buses.
