Clean and we got a spacious room. Breakfast was nice but not included. Air conditioning didn’t work and while they first said they would send someone to fix it. They later said there was no one on the weekend to do so and did nothing so later in the day we needed to switch rooms and spent one sleepless night without air-conditioning. Also, the showers are very poorly designed and it’s hard not to get water everywhere in the bathroom

Paid for breakfast buffet and it was wonderful! Room was clean, staff was excellent.

Cleanliness, kind & friendly staff - especially in reception -, great breakfast, treats in reception. Special thanks to lady in reception for helping me with my Portuguese trials. Room was not so big but it was perfectly fine for me as an alone traveler. They also let me leave my luggage in the hotel after check out until my flight time and I even used all amenities in the lobby without any issues. Nothing…

In an excellent location. Hotel common areas, esp halls, were surprisingly unclean and smelled terrible (sour). Rooms themselves fine, wifi reliable. Parking easy and onsite. As noted above, smell in common areas was dirty and overpowering. We had a personal emergency where my family couldn't reach me and also couldn't reach the front desk between 7- 8:30 (at which point they gave up trying, so it could have been longer). This was odd for a 24 hr front desk.

The hotel is neat, clean, and modern. The shower is a good size and the water is hot and plentiful. Great ac. Enjoyed the welcome platter. Liked everything.

Clean and decent room, spacious. Staff was helpful, Wi-Fi was great, Everything worked as intended. I wish we had slippers in our room, especially for the price we paid, extra like that is expected. Also it would be good if toilet door was a proper door, not sliding one that leaves zero sound insulation. On that topic, rooms are not very sound proof, as our noisy neighbors, and those from above were quite loud and we could hear it in our room.

Location was great, room was comfortable, quiet and clean. View was very nice. Check in was slow because there was only one staff for quite a lot of people. For breakfast there is room for improvement.

The bed was comfortable (although the pillows can be improved), the bathroom was clean and comfortable too. Staff were helpful when needed. House keeping did a good job (but had to be requested). Very good price and is operating / serviced much better than a 3 star hotel. The hotel is on a very busy road, so it can be quite loud and you can hear the road from your room (we were on the 6th floor). So, the morning car and ambulance noises were not the best. In addition, sometimes it took longer when you request an uber / bolt. There was no place to sit and smoke, my husband had to go outside on the main road and sit on a curbside to smoke. It was a little frustrating to come back after a day out to see the room not cleaned / tidied, so we’d have to request it and wait in the lobby. We made it a habit to remind the reception staff in the morning ahead of leaving the hotel. There were always a lot of door slamming, which you can hear particularly in the morning. Not sure why that was.

What a pleasure it is to write an extremely positive review for a hotel whose staff genuinely places their guests’ comfort first. From the front desk to the housekeeping and breakfast teams, everyone worked hard to make my two-night stay smooth and enjoyable. Special thanks to Mariana Espadilha at reception for thoughtfully arranging one of the quietest rooms possible — something I greatly appreciated after long days exploring Lisbon. The rooms are spacious, clean, and relaxing, with modern décor, hardwood flooring, a calming shower, mini-safe, kettle, and refrigerator. Although breakfast comes at an additional cost, I found it well worth it, offering a wide variety of fresh and appetizing choices each morning. I would absolutely stay here again and happily encourage others to do the same. In a perfect world, my ideally quiet room might also have come with a beautiful view, but honestly, the trade-off for deep, peaceful sleep while being located just steps from one of Lisbon’s busy central avenues was more than worth it.

Staff was attentive and always ready to help. Room was spacious, with a bathtub, ample luggage space and a mini bar. My room view was not the best

It felt dirty, the carpet from the hallway was dirty. The room had the window handle broken and small size room. Expensive for what it is

Very conveniently located at the top of Liberty Avenue, the main shopping street for luxury and high street brands. Also, at the very top of the street near the monument is the start of the City sight seeing tour buses. The room was comfortable and spacious for a single person with a small balcony. Had the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. I had to request for an iron and ironing board but it was quickly brought up to the room. The bedding could be a little thicker for colder nights. The lack of basic toilet amenities ie. shower cap, cotton buds and cotton swabs would make it more convenient.

Breakfast was very nice. Typical European style! Bed was not very comfortable! Pillows were not comfortable either. We stayed 6 nights and were not very pleased with comfort of the bed and pillows. Twice we noted bugs, like cockroaches! Hope that was isolated!!
