Great location, really nice rooms, the day shift and night shift (Cyril) guys were the best. Both very friendly, easy going, super helpful and knowledgeable! I can’t wait to go back and have some friends coming in September and I have recommended your hotel. Everyone working there went above and beyond. It will be my go to Hotel in Lisbon every time. Nothing

Great location and even better staff.

I liked the location found it hard to look for a parking, their parking is located very far

quiet environment. the room has been mainly clean. the staff is welcoming and nice. 1.Breakfast. was not tasty, with very few options. that's not good enough. 2.The room was very small, and after 1 day there was a leak of water from the upper floor. after I called the hotel service, i got a different room, on the third floor. which was better (without water leaking from the upper floor), and bigger than the previous one. .

Free cool water filing Comfortable bed The shower wasn't sealed enough, the bathroom area went wet. The soup was difficult to use.

Amazing stay! The location is perfect, the rooms were super clean, the bed was really comfortable, and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Facundo (I hope I’m remembering his name correctly!), who gave us such a warm welcome and even gave us a map with tips and recommendations for the area. It was so helpful and made our stay even better. Everything was perfect. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again!

The staff was super friendly.

Excellent location in Baixa, close to Alfama neighborhood. During the check-in, the person explained about the various neighborhoods, places to see and some tips about the elevators nearby that can save you from having to walk up the steep hills. The room was comfortable with an excellent shower. We did not opt for the breakfast option since there were numerous cafes within walking distance. Also, there is a big supermarket nearby where you can get coffee, pastries etc. The shower area has a fixed glass door that only covers half the opening. Although an additional shower curtain is available, water still splashes on the floor outside the shower.

The best feature of this hotel is its exceptional staff, who went out of their way to assist and made my stay truly comfortable. I am particularly grateful to Tanya, Facundo, and the gentleman of Argentinian origin with gray hair who worked the night shifts from the 18th to the 21st—my apologies for forgetting your name. The lady who managed the breakfast service was equally outstanding. I noticed she had marked me as a vegetarian on her list, and indeed I was offered several thoughtful options to choose from. This level of attention to detail and genuine care did not go unnoticed. The big painting in my tiny room.

Very good location, in walking distance to key spot , shopping and dining areas. They also offer us a free drink per person during our stay. And gave us n upgrade room so we can be in the same floor with the other couple we were traveling, that was great!. Not applied.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Casual Belle Epoque. Carlos & Cyril were awesome- always taking care of our needs. The staff was also friendly and courteous- they attended to our room whenever needed. And the breakfast was amazing- so much to choose from Thank you everyone! What a wonderful place to stay and a great location- near cafe’s, restaurants, museums, Pardo de Comercio, Rossio Square, stores etc

Breakfast was amazing! The variety and quality of selections were delicious. The bed was firm and comfortable, which we appreciated after walking 5-8 miles a day around Lisbon. The location was perfect for us - we could access everything we wanted to see! The hotel staff - on every shift - were warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. The hotel is on a very trafficked, cobbled street, and there was a large construction project directly across from our room during our stay. The resultant noise was the only negative about our time at Casual Belle Epoque Lisbon. Fortunately, we could limit the noise by closing the doors to the balconies in the bathroom and bedroom.
