Is located in the center of touristic area the shower drips and the drain is not very efficient

The property was quaint and cute and we enjoyed our stay. We were in Lisbon for a 22 hour layover and the location was just perfect. Nothing!

Breakfast exceeds my expectations, good variety and good quality! You can find all you wanted. The common living room is beautiful and full of Portuguese vibe, tables are well spaced, they even offer complimentary snacks and coffee every day after 2pm Room was spacious than I thought because I booked a small double room, however my room was on first floor and close to the main road, I think the airtight seal of the door was not working properly and the room was noisy

This hotel was perfect for our stay! Great location and beautiful room. I loved that breakfast was included and they had a great variety of options. Comfortable, clean, and so much charm! The room was on the small side but perfect for our needs!

The location was fantastic with city elevators to transport you to the Baixo and the Castle. There is a grocery store across the street as well as a nice square for eating and drinks. The breakfast was exceptional. Love that the hotel had a beautifully restored living room to relax in.

Excellent location, clean rooms and spacious hotel. We liked the 'old world' feel that the hotel emanates. The only issue we encountered was that the lights would not come on in the hallway to our room

The location was nice and close to a good area where there are lots of restaurants and shopping. It’s also fairly close to the water, where there is a big piazza. The breakfast was nice with lots of options. They also offered some snacks and coffee all day so that was a nice touch. We took advantage of all of it. The hotel and the room was much older than expected. The photos make it look a lot better. The bathroom was updated, however, we had very very low water pressure both in the hand held and the overhead. There was no place to put our luggage and the bed moved away from the headboard a lot so we were unable to sit up and lean against it.

Convenient location, comfortable beds, nice breakfast room and complementary snacks. I also like the details like slippers, nicer glass cups, mini SMEG refrigerator. My room is facing the backstreet, no noise at all. Opposite the hotel is the elevator leading to a viewpoint with cafe, a nice spot for sunset.

The staff went out of their way to assist us in all respects. One of the best experiences during our trip to Europe.
