Very clean, comfortable, breakfast was fantastic and very pleased with the staff, very friendly Daytime was fine but we got in at 2:30am Couple sketchy locals hanging out just down the street other than that, it was fine.

The room seemed big however I did not stay here overnight as the area felt unsafe to me and I did not want to be walking back to the hotel in this area at night. The area does not feel safe, especially for a woman travelling alone. There are many homeless drug users and groups of men standing around on street corners. It feels intimidating.

The location was perfect, the room clean and comfortable, hot water in the tab. Quiet but central There was no water or kattle in the room
