Location is great! Staff very accommodating and nice! The breakfast buffet also very good! The room was a decent size, clean, and functional. The room, we were told, was an upgrade, called deluxe. So I was a bit disappointed, could have been a bit bigger. The window shades are okay, though when pulled up, the building across had an unobstructed view into the room as there are no sheers. The shower behind the toilet a bit awkward.

Good location. Stylish room Neighbors are very noisy. Partying till mid night. Neighbors across the street keeps talking n chatting until early morning and woke us up multiple times at night

Our room was on the ground floor across the street from a late-night club. It was very noisy. The staff acknowledged this and offered us a quieter room once one was available, which was greatly appreciated.

The hotel is modern and clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Location is central to walk to most places of interest. Hotel management did their very best to remedy this problem which I greatly appreciated! The hotel rooms have no luggage stands? So your luggage has to lay on the floor which is very inconvenient. Also no safe in the room, I like to lock my passports when I travel. But worsted of all the hotel is right across the street from a night club that is open till 4AM. People are coming out to smoke and talk LOUD from 10:00 till it closes and they congregate right under the rooms that are in the front of the hotel.

The staff here is amazing, especially Jade, who went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived until the end of our stay, we were treated wonderfully. The location is excellent, offering great value for money right on Avenida da Liberdade. Nothing, everything was great.
