Our stay at Heritage Avenida Liberdade was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. A perfect 10/10 experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and the rooms have everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every request we had was handled immediately by the incredibly friendly and professional staff. They even kindly extended our check-out until 1:00 PM without any hassle, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection of delicious food, and we loved that it was served until 12:00 PM -perfect for a relaxed morning. Another wonderful touch was the complimentary snacks, coffee, tea, and even a glass of Portuguese port available in the lobby throughout the day, making us feel truly welcomed. It’s the attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and overall atmosphere that make this hotel so special. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

The glass in the door of the bathroom allowed the light to flood the room. Not convenient when going to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff Mattress a bit hard and bathtub instead of walking shower, not easy to get in and out on a slippery floor.

From the location, to the staff, to the beautiful appointments, this boutique hotel is all you need for a wonderful visit to Lisbon. If only one thing I can point out.... but this is at quite a few Portugal hotels... the bathtub/shower is dangerous for older guests. But this is something Portugal Tourism as a whole needs to address... we love Pousadas and find the same issue. That, however, does not detract from all the other benefits .... great breakfast, great location, beautiful room, many complimentary perks and professional and personable staff. Highly recommend Heritage Ave Liberdade The bathtub/shower. This is common in many Portugal hotels, but very dangerous for older guests.

We loved everything about this lovely boutique hotel. The location is excellent as the property is located along a tree-lined boulevard in the heart of a luxury brand shopping area. Our room was spacious and well-decorated and very quiet, despite being located on a busy boulevard. We found the bed to be very comfortable with high-quality linens, bathrobes, nice bath products, a varied and expansive breakfast, and lovely staff. I spent a lot of time researching hotels in Lisbon and would definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent. Close to most activities and next to a major train stop. The property itself is nice clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not like other hotels of that level. You basically only get scrambled eggs and sausage or ham. They have a few cheeses and hams. A variety of muffins l, bread and fruits. I’ve been to other Europe boutique hotels and you get omelettes pancakes oatmeal ect.

Beautiful and spacious room, great location and excellent service, as demonstrated by the decanter of port wine awaiting us as well as the complimentary champagne delivered to our room. The breakfasts were delicious and coffee, snacks and a bar in the lobby provided a warm welcome.
