Everything was as it should in a very nice location and beautiful hotel. The breakfast was very good.. The room was spacy and it was totally pet friendly. The private parking provided per 18 euros per day is open air and not convenient for big cars. Parking can be challenging

Lovely, unique hotel in a very convenient location for shopping and transport. Most important was the incredible staff! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Prior to our stay, the staff ensured my parents were able to drop off their luggage after an early morning arrival, and provided them with an early check in. After our stay, the staff located my forgotten tablet and contacted me directly for delivery details. They went above and beyond at every step of the way.

There was a little misunderstanding with the types of beds in the room I booked and the staff went above and beyond to resolve the issue and ensure we had a room of the standing we paid for with the beds we wanted. We were only given 1 key which could makes things a bit tougher to organize but it's really nitpicking.

The property was very welcoming, clean, and everything about my stay was positive. The breakfast was outstanding with a lot of selections to choose from. I loved the nice touches such as the water, coffee service all day and Port wine reception each evening. The best part about the visit was the excellent staff who were exceptional service providers! Not one negative thing to say.
