Exceptionally good and friendly staff and service.

We loved the location of the Hotel, it is I perfect proximity to the city center. The staff was fantastic and a big shout out to: Christelle, Juliana, Diana, Leonardo, Ricardo(both Ricardos) Raphael and Paolo. I have taken the time to recognize all of them because they truly went out of their way to make certain our stay was memorable! I have nothing to say about anything I didn’t like because there wasn’t any, we loved this charming boutique hotel!

This is a gorgeous hotel. The outdoor lounge area is very relaxing and hard to leave. Our room was quiet, clean and beautifully curated. And service was impeccable. We had a great experience and we will certainly return. There is nothing that we didn't like.

I absolutely loved my stay at Valverde Lisboa. The hotel has a beautiful boutique atmosphere that feels both elegant and intimate. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive and welcoming throughout my visit. The breakfast was also wonderful, with a lovely setting.

Cozy Facilities We liked everything.

Location and great restaurant. Very nice pool area. Expensive but facilities were top notch. Rooms little dark but otherwise very nice for boutique hotel in Europe. It took a little while to navigate through the hotel.

Helpful staff, particularly on reception, great location. Very good food menu. Room could be cleaned earlier in the day. The cooked breakfact, poached eggs did not really work as it took ages and eggs were so under cooked they had to be sent back. Coissants seemed to run out very quickly. Could have done with more literature on sights, museums, galleries and the like. Room very noise if windows left open and air conditioning not easy to work.

Location and staff Beds were not comfortable

Lovely! You must carry your own luggage from the street up numerous stairs and through three doors to reach the front desk!!!! The one employee at the front door could not handle everything as hard as he tried. He was expected to take luggage to people’s rooms thus was not available 80% of the time! This was my third stay in 20 months and the first time they were short staffed. When I mentioned it to the front desk he sneered and said I came in the building at the wrong times….I was in and out between 9:00am and 9:00pm.

Great location and the most friendly staff ever. It can be noisy because you can hear the neighbors through the walls and we were a bit bothered by music at night,

Wonderful hotel, great location, lovely rooms and the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in. Breakfast is delicious and a great range of choice including a glass of champagne. Heated pool was a great bonus as well. Highly recommend staying here.

Hotel Valverde has all the unique things you expect from a Relais Chateaux hotel!!! It has a great location, ambiance, and spacious rooms.

I really liked this hotel. The location was great and easy to get around. The interior was beautiful and well-decorated. The services were excellent, and everything was well managed. The rooms were nice and comfortable. -
