The breakfast was amazing and had a huge variety plus great teas to chose from. Only minus is that the breakfast areas was in the basement.

Never used the dining room but lovely rooftop bar had a lovely view and finding a hotel with parking in the centre of the city was great. The location is excellent. It was spacious and the shower worked perfectly Could do with a rubber mat in the shower for old people because the floor is a bit slippery when its wet

The location is very good and everything is quite accessible. The staff is excellent, very professional, friendly, competent and efficient. The lobby is overwhelmed by an overly intense incense fragrance, which I found overwhelming. Unfortunately it very seriously affected my wife who is asthmatic, so she either stayed out of the lobby or nipped through to the lifts or the front door.

Area and surroundings Mattress of my bed was not hard enough for me, I would have liked it a bit more sturdy.

I love this hotel and the staff, we reached at 10am after a long flight and staff gave us early check in which is highly appreciated. We loved the concierge lady a lot honestly, all the recommendations that she gave us on restaurant was amazing

Location , service , cleanliness, breakfast was very good . The team across were very warm and helpful at all times. The wifi connection was very slow and was a hit and miss. Laundry service also not that great - clothes came back not properly washed

Location is great-loved the lower level food court and Aldi’s. Rooms were modern, clean and fresh!

Room size, cleanliness and location were great. Access to everything was easy and walking distance. I asked for a quiet room and there was constant drilling and banging happening. My room was so dark even with curtains open. No view except walls. Made the space feel uninviting because of this, despite the actual room being huge and well equipped.

Location is awesome but the staff is even better ! Have stayed here in the past and will stay here again It could use some streaming services so to watch a movie or program through Netflix , Prime or other service

Fantastic location, excellent breakfast and above all super helpful staff especially when we got stuck with the power outage. Rooftop bar and pool are amazing!
